Best Western Premier Ottoperla Hotel - Istanbul

This place is amazing! Stayed 8 nights in a family room with a balcony. The staff was super nice, especially Kubilay and Kerime. The location is perfect, right on the seafront and close to great restaurants. Room service had delicious food at good prices 🌅

Had a quite comfortable stay with my friend, we spent 3 nights here, everything was good. The location was good and magnificent close to shopping centres and met needs.

We truly enjoyed the convenience of the queen room available with air condition and a wide bed, for instance. The location was favourable and magnificent, short walk to Turkey, the restaurant, and trains and buses and easily accessible. Furthermore, to the public transport.

One of the best places to stay! The family room was spacious and comfy with a lovely balcony. Room service was delicious with great prices. Breakfast offered nice views overlooking the sea. The super nice team and went the extra mile.

We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the suite with balcony. Had a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the bathroom.

Travelled with my friend, spent 3 nights here and had a comfortable stay. The location was good and absolutely perfect, close enough to the tram station, the airport and the restaurant. It also was close to shopping centres.

Rooms are modern and spacious with comfy beds. Some staff were unhelpful at times.

The noisy neighbors ruined my peace!!! I also found the air conditioning insufficient during warm nights, which can be a game-changer!!!

The room was modern and spacious, and I loved the delicious food from room service, which was really reasonably priced. Enjoyed relaxing in the garden area and taking advantage of the leisure room's amenities. On a minor note, it would be nice if they offered a luggage scale at the front desk for checking out. 😊

The fine sea view from the balcony was a highlight. Friendly staff provided really good assistance, especially in addressing our queries about local dining options. Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive at times, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during warm nights. While the limited dining options were disappointing, the nearby restaurants made up for it with delicious Spanish dishes.

I enjoyed the sunny dining area overlooking the sea, it made breakfast special each morning. The helpful staff really stood out, especially Kubilay and Mesut, who provided really good assistance throughout our stay. The garden view from my room was a good surprise.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive at times.

The family room was super comfy with a nice balcony. Loved the air conditioning and the spacious private bathroom. The hotel even had a raised toilet and all those fancy toiletries. The staff were like family, and the spa facilities were awesome. Definitely made our week in Istanbul so chill!

Highly Recommend for Families

The staff were so nice and helpful, especially Mr Fatih and Murat. It was like I was at home with family, they even arranged a surprise birthday for my wife while we were there.

It wasn't cheap but acceptable.
